2024-2025 Application Guidelines
Application Procedures:
Please bring the following documents to school for application:
A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
A copy of the child’s Immunisation Record
3 stamped self-addressed envelopes
$40 application fee (The cheque should be made payable to “Chai Wan Baptist Church Pre-School Education Lui Ming Choi Kindergarten”)
We provide interpretation and/or translation service for applicants speaking English or ethnic minority languages when necessary or allow parents and their children to be accompanied by a Chinese-speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

4. Application fee of $40
